Currently we are very satisfied with the service we’ve been receiving from DIFFERENT. Their service started off with the installation and maintenance of an electric fence at the top of the palisade along the golf course in 2005, which was later expanded to a curtain fence for the full height of the palisade as well as the continuation of the electric fence around the balance of the estate in 2010. Since 2017 we have a Service Level Agreement (SLA) in place for the regular monthly inspection and maintenance of the electric fence as well as gate motors on two separate gates, gate controllers, purpose-built UPS at the main gate and panic system installed for the residents at our main gate. Apart from the SLA, any other unforeseen problems are normally promptly attended to.

Issues regarding security are always sorted out on the same day.

We have only received excellent service from DIFFERENT, quick response time with astounding technical knowledge and craftsmanship. Our IP camera system has been working nonstop for two years without any major problems or downtime. Boom gate and eclectic fence issues are sorted out efficiently in reasonable time.

Different Electronics was unbelievably helpful to me when I urgently required work to be done to my alarm system.
